Fruit Filled Crepes

Yummy to the eyes and delicious to eat, these crepes can be used for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

2 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons orange zest
4 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 bananas, sliced
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup banana liqueur
Powdered sugar
Whipped Cream
1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted

Place milk, sugar, flour, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, butter and orange zest in a blender; puree until smooth.
Lightly butter 6 inch skillet; heat over medium heat. For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet; immediately rotate skillet until batter covers bottom. Cook until light brown. Run spatula around edge to loosen; turn and cook other side until light brown. Stack crepes, placing waxed paper between each; keep covered until ready to serve.
Mix strawberries with sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
Mix 2 cups of the strawberries, bananas, yogurt and banana liqueur. Fill and roll crepes
Drizzle rest of the strawberries over the crepes.
Dust with powdered sugar
Garnish with whipped cream
Drizzle on Melted Chocolate
