Ginger Pancakes With Cream Cheese Butter

These are always a crowd pleaser at breakfast!

Dry Ingredients:
Combine with a whisk,
2 cups white flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves

Wet Ingredients:
Whisk together,
3 large eggs
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup Maple syrup

Just before you are ready to cook, combine dry & wet ingredients. Do not over mix. The batter will be slightly lumpy.

Topping: Mix ingredients well at room temperature. Add a dollop to stack of pancakes.
