Gooey Orange French Toast

Description: This is so gooey you don't need to serve any syrup. Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter melted (can substitute margarine) 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 cup of milk 1 cup of orange juice 1/4 cup honey 6 eggs 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons grated orange peel 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 16 slices of bread Directions: Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Mix well. Pour mixture evenly into 2 ungreased baking sheets. Make sure mixture covers the entire sheet. In a medium bowl, slightly beat the eggs. Add milk, orange juice, sugar, orange peel, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix well. Dip bread in egg mix and place in pan. Pour any remaining egg mix over the bread. At this point, you can cover and refrigerate overnight, or bake immediately. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turning over half way through and until golden brown.
