Maple Dijon Salmon
Description:
Chef Brian's signature dish of Salmon, broiled and drizzled with a glaze of maple syrup (Vermont of course!) and dijon mustard. Ingredients: Four 7 oz. Salmon Filets Glaze: 1/2 cup Whole Grain Dijon Mustard 1/4 cup Maple Syrup 2 Tbsp. white wine Lemon juice White wine Salt and pepper Directions: In small bowl, combine the mustard, syrup, and white wine. Set aside. Place salmon filet in a sauté pan. Drizzle with white wine and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Coat the top of the salmon with the mustard mixture (leaving a little aside). Place in oven for 10-12 minutes. Remove, and turn oven to broil. Ladle on any remaining mustard sauce, and place under broiler until a slight crust forms. Recipe Summary: Yield: 4 Prep Time: 20 min.
