Description: Although pre-mixed blackening seasonings found in the stores can be quite good, I find this one to be particularly delectable. I have tried it on jumbo shrimp, rib-eye steak strips and – of course – redfish. Use tablespoons rather than teaspoons as measu Ingredients: 1 tsp. each oregano, sweet basil, thyme, rosemary, granulated garlic, granulated onion, black pepper and salt 4 tsp. Spanish parika 1/2 tsp. each cayenne pepper and white pepper. Directions: Just combine the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix with whisk.
