Orange Craisin Muffins

These muffins are so moist they don't need any butter

Orange Craisin Muffins

1 whole orange
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup craisins
1 egg
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups flour sifted)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 scant tsp salt.

Cut orange into 1/4 s and remove any seeds. Blend with orange juice in blender. Add craisins, egg, margarine and blend briefly. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Pour blender ingredients over the dry ingredients. Mix until moist. Pour into greased or paper-lined muffins tins. Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes.
