Our Perfect Quiche!

Elegant, creamy and easy.

6 medium eggs
1/8 t ground nutmeg
1/4 t salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper (a speck more is exciting)
2 cups whipping cream
1/3 c finely diced onions
1/3 c finely diced tomatoes
1/3 c diced can chilies
9-10 inch unbaked pie shell
2.5 ounces shredded Montrey Jack chees
2.5 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Combine eggs, salt, nutmeg, cayenne & whipping cream. Whip to smooth & light. Spread onions, tomatoes & chilies on bottom of pie crust. Pour eggs & cream over filling. Sprinkle cheese over top.
