Oven Baked French Toast With Glazed Pecans

The best on the Planet according to guests. Great for a crowd. Simply multiply the recipe according to your needs. Ingredients: 2 Eggs, 8 slices of bread (I use sub rolls) 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 teas. Cinnamon 1/2 teas Nutmeg, 1/2 teas. Vanilla 1/2 cup Pecans 1/2 Cup Half and Half Directions: Melt butter and brown sugar together to form glaze. Sprinkle with pecans. Prepare French Toast batter with eggs, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and half and half.Mix well. Dip bread slices into batter and lay on top of Pecan and brown sugar glaze. Bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes.
