Peaches and Creme Crepes

Delicate and delicious, and so easy to prepare.

1 Cup flour
1 tbls. white vinegar
1 tas. baking soda
1 1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 teas Vanilla
1 tbls sugar
1 tbls Corn Starch (mixed with water)
3 0z cream cheese
1 can peaches (small)
3 0z cream cheese

Prepare batter using milk, vinegar,baking soda. Add to flour. Mix well and add egg and vanilla. Mix again. Batter will be thin. Set aside. Heat peaches in small pan until boiling, add corn starch that has been mixed with a little water to thicken slightly.
Prepare softened Cool Whip with softened cream cheese by mixing well with a fork.
Bake crepes on hot griddle until lightly browned. Place a tbls. of cream cheese mixture in center and roll up into crepes. Top with peaches. Serve
