Ingredients: 1 loaf holiday Italian panetone bread. Eggs Milk vanilla or cinnamon Sugar Powdered sugar garnish Maple Syrup (real) Directions: Remove baking wrapper from panetone bread. Slice into wedges (8 - 10 per loaf). Beat eggs with milk, sugar, and add vanilla or cinnamon. Soak panetone wedges in egg mixture until saturated (5 minutes). Cook on a hot griddle until nicely browned. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with real maple syrup and breakfast meat.
