Peach & Raspberry Cobbler

Great quick breakfast dessert!

1 16 oz can of peaches, sliced & drained
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries (thawed)
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries (thawed)
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/3 up fresh orange juice
1 1/2-2 cups reduced fat granola
Vanilla Yogurt (optional)

In a shallow microwave-safe dish toss peaches, raspberries and blackberries orange peel, and orange juice. Top with granola.
Microwave on 100% power (high) about 5 minutes or until heated through. Let stand for 2 minutes. Spoon into individual bowls and serve with Vanilla Yogurt!
