An easy breakfast souffle sure to please! Our most asked for recipe! Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cup milk 1/2 Cup of sugar 3/4 Cup of flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1/4 cup of butter for the pan Directions: Place butter in a pan and place in 425 degree oven to melt. Place flour in mixing bowl. Add and beat eggs, milk, sugar and salt until smooth. When butter is melted and bubbling, pour mixture in pan and return to oven Cover the last 10 minutes with aluminum foil to prevent burning around the edges. Serve hot, offering bown sugar, sour cream and your fovorite berries (strawberries, blueberries and blackberries work exceptionally well). Place on top of puff and enjoy.
