Sausage Egg And Cheese Muffins

1/2 lb Bulk Pork Sausage
12 each Eggs
1/2 cup Onion Chopped
1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper Chopped
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 each Garlic Gloves Minced
Salt and Pepper
Pan Spray

Preheat the oven to 350F
Brown the sausage and drain.
In a bowl, beat the eggs well and add the vegetables and garlic. Stir in the sausage and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Spray the muffin pan and divide the egg mixture evenly. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until a paring knife inserted on center comes out clean.
Serve with Potatoes O'Brien and Fresh Cut Fruit.
