Stuffed French Toast



Description:
Light, buttery, filled with cream cheese and fruit or a breakfast meat and cheese. Grilled to a golden brown that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
large croissants
cream cheese
fresh berries
cooked bacon, sausage, or ham
sharp cheddar cheese
heavy cream
eggs

Directions:
slice the croissants
mix the cream cheese and berries
spread the mixture on one side of the sliced croissant
or
place the meat and cheese on one side of the sliced croissant
mix the cream and eggs with a wisk
soak each croissant individually for at least 5 minutes to really soak up the batter
grill at 350 degrees until both sides are golden brown
serve with syrup
