Tropical French Toast

Slices of French Bread stuffed with our Tropical mixture, grilled to golden brown and served in a spectacular manner covered with select fruits

2 loves French bread sliced 1/2 in thick
1 pkg. 16 oz softened cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow cream
1 can drained crushed pineapple (reserve juice)
1/4 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
2 quarts fresh strawberries
3 kiwi
1-2 oranges
1 lb. fresh red grapes
8 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tbs. vanilla
1/2 stick butter

Preheat grill to 400 gegrees. Mix softened cream cheese with marshamallow cream. Add coconut, pineapple and pecans. Spread cheese mixture between two slices of French bread, like a sandwich. Beat eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining pineapple juice in a large bowl. Dip the French bread with cheese mixture between the slices into the egg batter and grill on a buttered greased grill until golden brown

You will need two French toast per plate. Slice the grilled French toast on an angle and place it on the plate in a fan-like design. Garnish it with fresh sliced strawberries, sliced kiwi, orange slices and grapes. It makes an impressive presentation
