Vegetable Quiche

A delicious, crust-less quiche! A perfect way to start your day is with a slice of our warm, healthy and tasty quiche that you can share with your friends and family!

10 eggs
�1/2 cup soy flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper powder
3 tsp. Tabasco
�1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp. nutmeg powder
2 cups swiss cheese
1 �1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
3 cups bell pepper
3 bunches green onions
�1/2 leek

In food processor (or by hand using whisk), combine 3 eggs, Half & Half, baking powder, flour, salt, pepper, cooking Sherry, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco
In large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients; add blended mixture.
Pour into a prepared 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes at 400 degrees.
