Baked French Toast

Some of my guests have now made this dish their favorite for Christmas Eve Breakfast/Brunch.

Chocolate Pancakes

Chocolate Lover\'s rejoice. This dish is yummy and will soon become your favorite. The recipe has it paired with strawberries but you can experiment with other wonderful fruits too.

German Potato Scramble

This dish has all of the best of a good country breakfast...potatoes, eggs, bacon, onions, parsley, salt and pepper. You won\'t go hungry if this dish is served for two. It can be used as a second course for four.

Sweet and Romantic

This Inn was an absolutely wonderful experience. I stayed there twice in two months. It was small and intimate and absolutely perfect. It had the Victorian look that I desired, while still maintaining the modern comforts needed. Debroah Stroup, the owner/inn-keeper was extremely kind and hospitable.

Charming

We stayed 4 nights Sept. 16-20th. Very charming and clean. The owner was very nice and helpful. Nice quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Eureka Springs. You can walk or take the trolley. The food was delightful and we were full after each breakfast. I took home a couple of our favorite recipes. Highly recommended! Ken and Ann W.

Great experience!

This was the first B&B we have ever stayed in and the experience was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and well kept and the the breakfast was to die for. We walked alot and I feel this was the best location to stay especially if there is a parade. We would stay here again. Thank you Deborah for a great experience. Nancy and Tim
