Warm Hospitality

Thank you for your warm hospitality this past week-end. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the tasty breads. The roomy feel of the lower level was a comfort.

Wonderful Stay

The most enjoyable aspect of the stay was meeting you two, as well as your lovely guests. Quite fun conversation at breakfast. I also enjoyed the old house. My room was wonderful, with the unique tub, and the bathroom and sun porch. I plan to return.

Loved Our Stay

My mother and I loved our stay at the Blue Rock on June 25-26. We stayed in the Dutchman suite. We found the room comfortable and spacious. We really enjoyed breakfast on Saturday with other families. The food was delicious. On Sunday, we got to spend some 1:1 time with the hosts, Ed and Stephanie. It was fun getting to know them and hear about some of their adventures. I would highly reccomend this bed and breakfast for families or couples. We had a great time.

Our first stay at a BnB

This was our first time staying in bed and breakfast. We stayed at the family suite (8 ppl) in the basement, that was secluded from the rest of the house, hence a lot of privacy, especially when you have kids who make a lot of noise, like ours. The suite was well maintained. Loved the homely decor and cozy accommodations. They had even kept toys, games and DVD's for entertainment. The bathroom was amazing and clean. The breakfast was quite delicious and in variety. Our kids are picky eaters and yet they had a great meal. Would definitely stay there if we are in Lancaster again. Ed and Stephanie, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. And also for all the help with what to do in the vicinity.

Great Family Lodging

This was our first B & B and we were impressed. The owners were great and a joy to visit with. We stayed in the family suite that was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was nice to have two couches where we could watch TV. There was plenty of space to play games on the floor with the kids too. The food was top notch also. Good job Blue Rock!

First Timer

I was really surprised when I discovered how warm and inviting a Bed and Breakfast can be and because of this experience, I will not hestitate to stay at a bed and breakfast in the future. Although, I doubt that I will find any finer two people than Stephanie and Ed.

Getaway Charm

My mom and I go away twice a year for the weekend. I had a very hard time finding a place that we could afford and to give us more room than a standard room. We loved the Blue Rock B&B. Stephanie and Ed were very gracious hosts. Breakfast was great. We loved it and will be back!! again.

GREAT

We just stayed at the Blue Rock for 2 nights. It was like being home away from home. All 8 in our party had a great time and it was SOOO much better than moving around in a hotel. Reasonable price, also for a group our size and the breakfast was GREAT. I loved the oatmeal pancakes!
