Apple Butterscotch Scones

Tasty & sweet afternoon tea treat

1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine
1 apple (cored but with skin on
finely chopped to 1/4 " pieces
Granny Smith or Crispen)
3/4 cup oats mixed with 1/4 cup flour
1 egg white + whole egg
1/4 cup honey
1 cup butterscotch chips

Place ingredients in mixer and mix thoroughly until margarine is well blended with all else.

Scoop onto pans lined with baking paper. Approximately 1 1/2 " apart. Use a 2 oz muffin scoop
Brush with egg wash (a scrambled egg)
