Ginger Pear Muffins

Popular muffins for breakfast or dinner.


6 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups Sugar (granulated)
1 cup Oil
2 Tbsp Baking Powder
4 Eggs
3 cups Milk (Approx)
15 oz Diced Pears (juice drained)
1 Tbsp Ginger
2 tspn Cinnamon
1 tspn Fresh Peeled & Grated Ginger

Place eggs & drained pears in large mixing bowl. Top this with all the dry ingredients. Add 1/2 milk and mix. Keep adding milk into mix until the texture of wet sand is achieved. Scoop with standard muffin scoop into sprayed muffin pans. Bake at 300 degrees. Convection for 25 minutes or at 350 degrees standard oven for 20 25 minutes. Remove when cool.
