Apple Puff Pancake
Description:
A wonderful easy baked dish that looks great and tastes wonderful, a little time consuming because you have to peel the apples. Ingredients: 4 eggs 3/4 C. Milk 3/4 C. All purpose flour (drop method) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 C butter 2 medium apples, finely sliced 1/4 C sugar 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon Pam spray or any other cooking spray of your choice. Directions: **You can add more apples or use less sugar and cinnamon according to your taste. Heat oven to 400 degrees Place 2 round 8-9" Layer pans in the oven with butter divided amongst the pans. Take out when butter has melted and coat ed bottom of the pans and sides of pans with pastry brush. Spray with Pam also. Beat eggs, then flour(beat), then milk and salt in small mixer bowl on medium speed 1 minute or byy hand. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Saute apples in 2 Tbs. butter and in till soft and add a little of the sugar and cinnamon mixture time semi-firm. Arrange apples in pans and top with batter. Sprinkle a little sugar mix on top of mixture. Bake uncovered until puffy and golden brown. Recipe Summary: Yield: 2 Cook Time: 20-25 minutes. Comments: Other recipes by J.
