Apple Raisin Cups

Description: This can be put together the day before and refrigerated. Especially welcome on a frosty morning. Ingredients: 8 apples (peeled, cored and sliced) 1/2 C raisins 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1/4 cup honey 3 tbs cinnamon Directions: Place apples, raisins, almonds in baking dish and cover with honey and cinnamon. Cover dish and place in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir then cook covered for another 1-2 minutes. Makes about 4 nice-size cups.
