Breakfast Pizza
Description:
A MUST for that Pizza Lover in your family. This pizza is fabulous anytime and can be made with just about any ingredients you enjoy. Mix it up for lunch and dinner. ENJOY. Ingredients: 1 package regular Bulk Sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8.5 oz) 1 cup frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 3 eggs, lightly beaten 2 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 5 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (optional) (Note, I do use this cheese on every pizze, but some people prefer not to have it.) The following are optional, you can use one, you can use all: bell peppers diced - yellow, red, orange thinly sliced green onions mushrooms asparagus spears beans tomatoes (anything you enjoy eating, your imagination rules here) Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Separate crescent rolls into sixteen triangles. Place in two ungreased 12 inch rimmed pizza pans. Push all the seams together to make one big circle. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over each crust. Top with potatoes; any of the ingredients you choose. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl. Stir well. Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over each pizza. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs are set in the center of the pizza and crusts are golden.
