Paprika Breakfast Potatoes

A friend of mine served this dish to me when I would visit her back in the 70's. I fell in love with this dish and now serve it to my Bed and Breakfast guests. Still one of my favorites. Ingredients: 1 large white onion peeled and sliced 4 to 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks 1 stick butter Garlic Salt Paprika Directions: Brown onion in 2 tablespoons butter. Add potatoes to browned onion and season with garlic salt and paprika. Add additional butter along the way to keep potatoes moist and from sticking to the bottom. I usually put a lid on the pan and cook at medium to medium heat until tender.
