Butter Pecan Muffins

Butter Pecan Muffins - the moistest most flavorful muffins in the world. If you love butter pecan ice cream you will go NUTS over these muffins. They even freeze well (if there are any left!)

1 box store-bought yellow cake mix
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup melted butter
1 container coconut pecan frosting (sold in frosting section near cake mixes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray non stick spray and flour muffin tins (large muffins, not minis)
Mix ALL the ingredients together in large bowl including the frosting. Pour mixture into prepared muffin tin about 3/4 full and bake 30 minutes or until a cake tester (toothpick) comes out clean. Dust with icing sugar or garnish with a strawberry fan. Makes 10 large muffins or 12 medium.
