Challah French Toast

This is an inn favorite! Enjoy Ingredients: 7 Large eggs 3/4 Cup half & half 1 Tbsp vanilla extract 1 Tbsp Grand Marnier or Cointreau 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 Tsp nutmeg 2 Tsp cinnamon 3 cups corn flakes, lightly crushed Butter (as needed) 8 (1 1/2-inch-thick) slices Challah bread Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Egg Mixture: In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, half & half, vanilla, Grand Marnier, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. In a second shallow dish add corn flakes. Dip each slice of the bread in the egg mixture, and then dip in cornflakes (coating each side). On a pre-heated large nonstick skillet, add some butter and cook slices two minutes on each side. Transfer to a cookie sheet and bake in oven for 10 minutes until puffed and golden.
