1 1/2 cups heavy cream
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

5 pounds ripe, but still firm mananas

3 cups heavy cream
1 package of vanilla instant pudding

To prepare crust, whirl cookies in a food processor until you get fine crumbs. Mix butter into crumbs and spread onto the bottom of prepared pan. Put into refrigerator until ready to use.
Prepare the filling:
Heat heavy cream in a med sauce pan and bring to a full boil watching constantly. Add chocolate chips; remove from heat and let sit for about 5 minutes. With a wooden spoon, mix until well blended and pour into crust. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or overnight.
Peel bananas. Slice bananas about i inch in length making some slices into triangles. Starting at the edge of the pan, place banana slices on their side and make a circle using the triangle slices to fill in the spaces. Repeat to form and inner circle. Keep repeating until you have completely covered the chocolate ganache. Whip cream until almost firm then beat in instant pudding. Spread onto banana layer to cover completely, sprinkle with cocoa
