Cinnamon Peach Bread

Delicious Sweet Bread that is made extra delicious with the Inn on Mill Creek's Organic Peaches. Wonderful with eggs and coffee. You can substitue canned or freshed peaches.

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon mace
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 peaches, chopped
4 eggs
1 cup oil

Preheat oven to 350. Grease two 4 1/2 X 8 1/2 inch loaf pans and line with wax paper. In a large bowl combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, mace, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In mixing bowl, beat peaches, eggs and oil until well blended. Add flour mixture to peach mixture and stir until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared pans. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely or slice and serve warm.
