Citrus Mousse

Mouth watering tangy mousse

2 lemons 1 lime
14 oz. can of condensed milk
2 tsps of cornflour
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

zest lemons and lime
extract juices from the above
heat this gently in saucepan and add little juices to cornflour to make paste, add to saucepan and heat until thickens
will not need much heating
whip up cream until thick
wait until cornfour mixture cools, and add condensed milk, mix thouroughly into cornflour mixture
add cream and fold carefully until all blended
serve in small sundae glasses with a colourful fruit for decoration
