Double Stuffed Chocolate Muffins
Description:
The all time favorite muffins, served warm from the oven! Ingredients: 1 cup milk or chocolate almond milk 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 eggs 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans or hazelnuts 1 cup mix of milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips 1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup dried coconut flakes/chips (unsweetened) 3/4 cup Garradelli milk chocolate sauce (the kind used in mocha at the coffee shop) 1/2 block cream cheese (or 12 mini Reeser's peanut butter cups) (do not use muffin paper) 3 cups Krusteaz's Basic Muffin Mix Directions: mix milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate sauce and coco mix in bowl, add walnuts (any nuts you like) and muffin mix and stir well. Fold in chips. Preheat oven to 400 degrees, spray pam in muffin pan (12), spoon in mixture 1/2 full, cut cream cheese into twelve even sections. Place one on top of mixture, and cover with remaining mixture. Bake at 400 for 22 to 24 minutes.
