Down East Crabmeat Pie

Ingredients:
Filling:
5 oz crab meat, drained
2/3 C chopped celery
1/3 C green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. instant onion
1/2 Tsp. salt
1/3 cup chile sauce
2 Tsp. worchestershire sauce

Sauce:
2 Tbs margarine
2 Tbs. flour
1/4 Tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1 Cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 Tbsp Sherry or red wine
Paprika

Directions:
Heat oven to 400 deg. In large bowl comgine all filling ingredients. Spoon into pie shell.

In saucepan melt margarine, blend flour and salt; cook until bubbly, stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Stir constantly. Remove from heat, stir in 3/4 cup of cheese and sherry. Pour over filling.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
