Garden Tomato And Basil Fritata

This is the perfect dish to use the tomatoes and basil from your garden. You can prepare this dish 24 hours in advance of baking and save time to visit with your guests. All you have to do is pop the fritatta in the oven and enjoy!

6 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
1 tablespoon flour
6 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 cup half & half
6 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 roma tomato,chopped
3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Preheat oven to 35 degrees. Toss grated swiss cheese with flour. Place in ungreased casserole (8" square or pie plate). Sprinkle grated jack cheese over top. Combine half & half and eggs, add Worcestershire sauce, mix well, and pour over cheeses. Sprinkle chopped tomato and basil over egg mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
