Hash Brown Casserole

Quick, hearty and delicious casserole.

1-32 0z. bag frozen hash brown potatoes thawed
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Cup shredded chedder divided in half
1/4 tsp. salt
8 Eggs
2 Cups milk
dash paprika

Thaw hasb browns and combine with i/2 c of cheese and bacon and put on bottom of greased 13X9 inch pan. Combine eggs and milk and pour over top. Sprinkle paprika and the other 1/2c cheese on top. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm. Approx.6 servings.
