Oven Omelet Brunch

Delicious baked omelet that can be made with ham, bacon or sausage.

1/4 C butter
1 1/2 dozen eggs
1 C sour cream
1 C Milk
1 lb. cubed ham (or shredded sausage or crumbled bacon)
1/4 C chopped onion
3 C garlic and onion croutons (1box)
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter in oven in baking dish 13X 9 X 2. Put ham on bottom of pan. In large mixing bown beat eggs, milk and salt until blended. Stir in onion, cheese and croutons. Pour into baking dish. Cook until eggs are set but still moist. 35-45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes. Garnish with tomatoes, parsley, paprika etc. optional.
