Irish Whiskey Sauce

Description:
This sauce will add a touch of elegance to pound cake, sponge cake, brownies and ice cream.

Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
2 tbs flour
1 C milk
1/4 C sugar
1 tbs Irish Whiskey

Directions:
Melt butter over medium heat in small saucepan.
Add flour stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in milk, sugar and whiskey. Brign to boil stirring until thickened 5 minutes or so.
Pour over cake or ice cream. Serve immediately.
