Oven Cooked Bacon

Easy way to cook bacon

2 slices of bacon per serving

Preheat oven to 425
Place bacon in a glass baking dish
Cover back with parchment paper
Bake for 15 minutes then check.
Depending on how thick or crisp you like your bacon you will need to check every 2 to 3 minutes after the original 15. I find 20 minutes works will for thicker bacon. 15 might be enough for thin slices.
Remove from fat and let drain before serving.
Bacon will cook up fairly evenly without curling.
