Salmon Quiche

1 c chopped salmon
1 c grated Swiss cheese
1 c chopped onion - sauteed until translucent
1 c of half and half
6 eggs
ground pepper
fresh dill

Put salmon, onions, and cheese in bottom of quiche pastry. Whisk eggs and ground pepper and pour over ingredients.
Place small pieces of dill on top for decoration and mild flavor.
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 30 minutes. Cover for another 20 minutes to reduce browning.
