Spiced Pumpkin Waffles

1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
3 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking sode
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon of grated nutmeg
1 teaspoon of grated ginger
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup of brown sugar
8 oz of pumpkin
4 Tablespoons melted butter
Fresh grated zest of 1 orange

Served with honey butter
Whipped cream
Maple syrup

Preheat waffle iron and lightly grease

Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt in large bowl. Put the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, milk, cooled butter, and orange zest into a second bowl and beat well. Gently fold in the flour mixture.

Depending on the size of the waffle iron, spoon about 1/4-1/2 cup of the batter in to the preheated waffle iron. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Enjoy
