Stuffed Pears

Stuffed, baked pears with mango chutney. Perfect for a cool fall or winter morning.

1 Tablespoon mango chutney
1 Tablespoon butter, split
1/2 Tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 Tablespoon raisins or craisins
1/2 Tablespoon chopped pecans

Slice pear lengthwise. Leave stem on, if possible. Scoop a hole out of center for stuffing.

Beat all ingredients except 1/4 TB of butter. Fill the hole of each pear half with the chutney mixture. Bake pears at 350 15 -40 minutes, depending on how ripe the pears are. Baste with remaining melted butter halfway through baking.
