Tandy Cake Bars

This tastes like the real tandy cake bars by tasty cake.

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 tsp. Baking powder
8 ozs. Semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour

Beat eggs until thick and gradually add sugar, milk and vanilla.
Blends dry ingredients slowly into egg mixture. Mix well.
Pour into greased 13"x15" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees
For 15 20 minutes. Spread peanut butter over hot cake. Cool.
Melt chocolate chips and spread over cooled cake.
