DEER HAVEN COTTAGE is a large stand alone cottage with tile floors, ceiling fans, a living room, a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee pot and a small dining room. The cottage has a total of three separate bedrooms - 2 queens and 1 twin and a private bath with a Jacuzzi and shower. It is also our Texas pet friendly room. Nightly room rates for 2 is $225.00 + tax. Added guests, add $20 per extra child (ages 3-17) and add $30 per extra adult (over 18 years old). Our full breakfast is included in these rates.
