Berry Sage Fools With Thyme On Their HandsDescription: The title of this dish describes perfectly the whimsy and the ingredients of this very delicious dish. Ingredients: 1/2 cup whipping cream 1 tablespoon lavender leaves, bruised 1/4 teaspoon sage leaves, bruised 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1-1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (no-fat) 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup raspberries 1/2 cup strawberries, chunked 1/2 cup red & green grapes, chunked Thyme & lavender blossoms, garnish Directions: Overnight, place lavender and sage leaves in cream in a jar, refrigerated. When ready to use the cream mixture, strain leaves out and whip the cream, adding sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks are formed. Place fruit divided equally into 7 ramekins. Fold yogurt gently into whipped cream. Spoon yogurt-cream mixture over fruit and garnish with blossoms. Serve immediately.
