Breakfast Egg & Bacon Puff
Ingredients:
1 package fully cooked bacon 6 eggs 2 cups milk 1 cup Bisquick 1 8-oz package shredded colby or cheddar cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a two-quart casserole dish. In bowl, combine 6 eggs, 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of Bisquick. Dice bacon slices into small pieces and stir into egg mixture. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
