Camp Fire Pineapple Upside Down Cake

This is a fun breakfast at the camp fire (individually wrapped in tin foil and baked on coals). We do this with our long term guests or groups just to give them a yummy, unique experience. I also will serve fruit salad, fresh bread, coffee and juice. Ingredients: Sugar-cinnamon cake donuts from the bakery Canned pineapple rings Butter Brown Sugar Directions: You will need a donut, pineapple ring and square of tin foil for each upside down cake you make. Place donut in middle of tin foil. fill middle of donut with brown sugar. Slice l tablespoon butter and place thin slices of it over top of donut. Place pineapple ring on top. Wrap tin foil around it. Place on hot coals in fire. flip after a few minutes. Take off of coals and place on a paper plate, open, eat, and enjoy! They are wonderfully amazing.
