Cheesy Baked Eggs
Description:
An easy and quick way to bake eggs that your guests will think you worked harder than you did. Ingredients: for 2 4 eggs 4 pieces Canadian bacon 1 Tbsp. cream or half&half salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Directions: Using an oblong ramiken baking dish, spray well with Pam. Lay two pieces of Canadian bacon side by side in each dish. Place small amt. cream on each bacon piece. Break eggs on top of bacon slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread top of eggs with shredded cheese. Bake at 425 degree oven for 10 mins. or until egg is done. Recipe Summary: Yield: 4 servings Prep Time: 10 mins.
