Crab Spread In Endive Spears

Description:
A recipe I have been using for years and we never get tired of it. Very simple to prepare and a nice finger food.

Ingredients:
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 T. minced celery
2 T. minced onion
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. crab meat, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste
3-4 heads of Belgian endive, spears separated

Directions:
Combine mayo, celery, onion, curry and crab meat. Season with salt & pepper. Chill. Before serving, place about 1 T. of the mixture on the endive spear. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
