Crescent Roll Quiche

This much requested recipe is a favorite of the house and a dish that we normally serve on Sunday mornings.

8 oz. can refrigerated crescent rolls
6-8 slices of thickly sliced swiss cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 tbsp. minced or dried onion
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 tbsp. parsley
salt & pepper

Unroll crescent roll dough and press firmly into a lightly greased 13" x 9" pan. Microwave the bacon and set aside to cool. Place enough cheese slices to cover dough. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, milk, and onion, then pour over the cheese slices. Crumble and sprinkle the bacon on top of the egg mixture then add the parsley. Cover with non-stick aluminum foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
