Fritz's Pumpkin Cake

This is a really tasty cake which may be used as a sweet ending to breakfast or for any meal. It is fun and spicy. If you have a source of Pumpkin Ice Cream it makes a great pairing.

4 Eggs slightly beaten
11/2 C sugar
1 t salt
1 can of pumpkin—16 oz
2 t pumpkin pie spice
1 can Milnot—13 oz

1 box Yellow cake mix w/ pudding in
2 sticks margarine—melted
1 C Toasted, salted pecans or regular pecan halves

Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Pour in 9X13 cake pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake @ 350 F for 11/2 hours or until knife inserted half way comes out clean. Check after 1 hour so as not to over bake. Can be frozen.
