Lemon Coffee Cake

The first time I tried this a girlfriend and I ate the entire 9 x 13 cakse in 3 days...I substituted the juices to increase its nutritional value.

1 box lemon cake with pudding or add 1 box of instant lemon pudding to the mix
Add 1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. orange juice
2 eggs
Follow directions on box, substituting lemon and orange juice for water.)

Beat 2 min. or follow package directions. Pour into sprayed 13"x9" pan.
Sprinkle with topping: 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1 T. Cinnamon about 1/3 c. chopped walnuts.
