Peach Sorbet

Light frozen treat topped with heavy cream. Great after a heavy meal, with or without the cream.

1 jar peach preserves
1 15 0z can of sliced peaches
2-3 Fresh Peaches
Heavy Cream for topping

Combine first 2 ingredients in blender until well blended. Pit and slice whole peaches and drop peach slices into mixture saving some for garnish. Continue to process until well blended. Pour into freezer safe container and freeze. Overnight is best. Scrape surface with ice cream scoop to form ball, place into wide mouth goblet and pour heavy cream over the top. May add a slice of fresh peach for garnish. Serve immediately
